Luxe Stays by Dej was created for individuals and professionals who value intention, comfort, and style. Each space is thoughtfully curated to blend refined design with the warmth of hospitality all while offering a stay that feels as beautiful as it is inviting.
Pricing
Rates reflect fully furnished, design-styled stays with curated décor, linens, and amenities included.
Pricing varies by property location and length of occupancy. Extended-stay and corporate housing accommodations are available for 30-day or longer terms and may be customized upon request.
Availability
Luxe Stays by Dej, based in Richmond, Virginia accommodations are offered on a limited basis and subject to availability. Pricing and booking details are coordinated through approved third-party platforms or direct inquiry, depending on the nature of the stay.

Policies
To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and elevated experience, Luxe Stays by Dej requires all reservations to include a deposit and full acknowledgment of the home’s house rules prior to check-in.
Cancellations, changes, and payment terms are governed by the applicable agreement or third-party platform at the time of reservation.
Luxe Stays by Dej upholds the highest standards of hospitality, comfort, and intentional design, ensuring every stay feels thoughtfully curated.
Designs by De'Jourie pieces are intentionally crafted to reflect love, legacy, and individuality. Each creation is custom-made from concept to completion, ensuring every design feels personal purposeful, and uniquely yours.

All listed prices reflect design and production services only. Materials and shipping costs are billed separately and tailored to your project’s specific needs. Custom quotes are provided after consultation to ensure transparency and alignment with your desired style and budget.
Turnaround Time
Production timelines vary based on the detail and customization of your design. Please allow 2–3 weeks for custom orders unless otherwise noted. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final.
If there is a concern with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so that adjustments can be reviewed.

Whether it’s an intimate tablescape, a milestone celebration, or a full-scale signature event, each experience is approached with intention, blending design, ambiance, and emotion to create moments that linger long after they’re over.

Event pricing reflects design, styling, and coordination services, including all standard décor and floral elements within your selected package. Custom quotes are provided after consultation to ensure full transparency and alignment with your event’s scope, guest count, and desired aesthetic.
Turnaround Time
To maintain the integrity and attention to detail that define our events, please book a minimum of 6–8 weeks in advance.
Rush accommodations may be available depending on design complexity and schedule availability.
Policies
Because each event is custom-designed and reserved exclusively for your date, all retainers are non-refundable.
Should changes arise, date adjustments may be accommodated based on availability.
Base Decor and Table Styling Scope (included in starting price)
This reflects what’s considered a standard, fully styled table within the Luxe by Dej aesthetic, intentionally curated and ready to photograph.
Includes:
Linen + table runner
Coordinated charger, glassware, flatware, and napkin styling
Signature floral centerpiece or Single roses (base arrangement)
Candles or ambient accent décor
Base Backdrop Design
(Standard backdrop setup cohesive with your table design)
This is the look that defines our brand standard, refined, balanced, and timeless.
Expanded Table Scope (priced after consultation)
For clients who wish to elevate or extend their event design.
Expanded table scope may include:
Additional tables or extended tablescape lengths
Custom backdrops and items or installations
Elevated florals (bigger, fuller, or premium stems)
Layered tablescape details (menus, nameplates, textiles, etc.)
Specialty rentals or luxury décor props
This is where signature experience meets refined artistry, intentionally layered to feel as memorable as it looks.
